The ideal candidate will be a mission focused leader with high expectations and standards. He/she will be an empowering leader who offers a strong customer orientation and the ability to ensure superior service delivery. Previous success with process improvements and efficiency enhancements is desirable. Ten (10) years of experience in a local government setting that includes at least five (5) years of management or supervisory experience along with a Bachelor’s degree are required.
